2017 – 2024: Member of the management board, CFO, CIO, CHRO of INDEX Group, INDEX-Werke GmbH & Co. KG Hahn & Tessky, Esslingen, Germany.

Since June 2024: Chief Financial Officer of the ebm‑papst Group.
