The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Technician supports the organization’s efforts to maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. This role plays a key part in daily EHS operations, including regulatory compliance, safety inspections, environmental monitoring, training support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers regarding new and existing orders, special requests, and inquiries related to deliveries, lead times, pricing at the assigned level, and order status. Mfg. Engineering Technician - Weekend Shift

Location: Farmington, CT

As a CNC Programmer & ME Tech, you will bridge the gap between engineering and production. You will be responsible for setting up, programming and optimizing CNC blanking and forming operations to produce high-quality components and tooling. This position is responsible for developing and writing final product assembly instructions, entering basic process routings, and supporting the transition of new assigned products from engineering concepts to final production processes.

  • Develop and implement complex blanking and forming programs using Trumpf TruTops Boost, TruTops 600, Amada Blank and Dr. Abe software. Determine optimal cutting paths, speeds, and feed rates to maximize productivity.
