This position is responsible for designing solutions based on the project requirements. Will be in charge of all software/automation aspects of the projects for the life of the project.

  • PLC, Electrical, and Automation Expert for the Manufacturing Engineering Team.
  • Organize the review of new projects, document requirements, and have a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished. Determine if the Manufacturing Engineering has the capability to complete the job.
  • Review existing designs for machines built internationally and find local components to build them in the USA.
  • Use PLC software (Allen Bradley or Siemens) to design a solution keeping manufacturing processes and capabilities in mind. Carefully consider electrical requirements and hardware when designing.

Continuous Improvement Engineer

Location: Farmington, CT

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be a key player in establishing an organic culture of Continuous Improvement within our organization. Your role is to serve and enable teams through hands-on training, facilitation of Kaizen & other Workshops, and the development of a tiered shop-floor management board structure.
