Continuous Improvement Engineer

Location: Farmington, CT

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be a key player in establishing an organic culture of Continuous Improvement within our organization. Your role is to serve and enable teams through hands-on training, facilitation of Kaizen & other Workshops, and the development of a tiered shop-floor management board structure.

  • Conduct hands-on Lean Green Belt training sessions, focusing on practical applications, and understanding of lean principles.
