Engineering Rotation Program

Location: Farmington, CT


The 2025-2026 Engineering Rotation Program is a 12-month program that will run from May 2025 to May 2026. Participants will rotate through three key areas: Applications Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Research & Development. To be eligible, applicants must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program in an Engineering discipline—such as Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Industrial Engineering—at an accredited institution. Additionally, participants must be able to dedicate a minimum of 8 hours per week, or an average of 40 hours per month, to the program.

Production Planner

This position is responsible for planning the production schedules, under limited supervision, to ensure controlled flow of shop orders released to meet delivery requirements.

Manufacturing Engineer
