Partnership & responsibility

Embodying responsibility, creating value

Along the entire value chain, ebm‑papst assumes long-term responsibility toward its customers, suppliers, and the local region. We are committed to human rights, and maintain lasting business relationships based on trust and shared values. But our commitment goes far beyond business. Social engagement and close dialogue with our stakeholders are also key elements of our actions. This is because we firmly believe that responsible action and sustainable management can only be successful when they go hand in hand.

Growing together

ebm‑papst relies on long-term relationships based on equal partnership to achieve sustainable goals together. A key component of this collaboration is close dialogue with our suppliers and customers, which is based on trust and shared values such as quality, environmental awareness, and social responsibility. This has helped us turn sustainable management into a model for shared success.

We pay particular attention to exploiting opportunities along the value chain using approaches such as the local-for-local principle, which promotes local production. This shortens transportation routes and significantly reduces our CO2e footprint. At the same time, ebm‑papst sees potential in optimizing the circular economy and implementing “R” strategies such as “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle” in order to use resources more efficiently and minimize waste.
