Chief Operations Officer (COO) ebm‑papst Group & Chief Operations Officer (COO) Air Technology Europe

Studied at the University of Karlsruhe (TH), Germany. Graduated with a diploma in Industrial Engineering.

1984 Assistant to the Director Production Planning and Organization at ebm‑papst Mulfingen, Germany. One year later, Head of Department and shortly after Director of Planning, Organization, and Controlling.

1995 Production responsibility as Managing Director of ebm‑papst Hungary and later on Managing Director of the subsidiaries ebm‑papst Landshut and ebm‑papst St. Georgen (both Germany).

2002 Chief Operating Officer of the ebm papst Group.

In 2021, interim assumption of the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ebm‑papst Group.

Since November 2021, Deputy CEO of the ebm‑papst Group and Chief Operations Officer Group.

Since 2023, also Chief Operation Officer Air Technology Europe. Together with Raymond Engelbrecht, he forms the Board of Directors of ebm‑papst Air Technology Europe.
