2019 Global CTO Division Industrial in Shanghai, China. Responsibility for transformation from Bearing product portfolio to Mechatronics and Industry 4.0 incl. IoT and Robotics.

2022 Senior Vice President Advanced Innovation for the Schaeffler Group in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

Since December 2023, Chief Technology Officer of the ebm‑papst Group.
